This series depicts New Yorkers at the beach in present day. All of the models wore their own bathing suits. Some models clearly have vintage tastes as shown in their outfits.
Ladies in Black
The “Ladies in Black” series is a composition focused figure painting collection in oils. The idea, is to show beauty and drama via depictions of some of some of every day life’s most boring tasks. The models were all women who were asked to wear their favorite black attire. Some models were painted into several pieces.
