Gallery & Band Night at Brooklyn Swings
Several paintings inspired by the New York City partner dance scene will be on display at Brooklyn Swings, on Friday December 6th, 2019 from 7:00 – 10:00 pm. Come see these paintings (some shown for the first time) then dance on the social floor with many of the people who modeled in the series. There will be a live band performing two sets with a DJ set in between.
Brooklyn Swings will have a movie or solo jazz lesson starting at 7:00, before the social dance floor opens up with live music at 7:30. Brooklyn Swings’ Friday night social is located on 231 Ainslie Street, Brooklyn, NY. It’s two blocks away from the Graham Ave. stop on the L subway line.

SCNY Fall Auction
The Oil painting “Shades” will be on display at the Salmagundi Club until October 18th at 8pm where it will be auctioned off as part of the SCNY Fall Auction. This annual event is New York City’s oldest running art auction. Nick Dawes, best known for his work on PBS’ The Antiques Roadshow, will be the auctioneer.

Black White & Green Show
“Nude with Frosted Mini Wheats”, charcoal, 12″x16″, 2019, is currently on display at the National Art League through to November 2nd as part of the black white & green show.
Biggs Body – Biggs Museum of American Art
End of Song will be included in the Biggs Body Exhibition put on by the Biggs Museum of American Art in Dover, DE from September 6 – November 7, 2019.
Allied Artists of America – 106th Annual Exhibition
“The Parlour” has been selected for inclusion in the 106th Annual Exhibition of the Allied Artists of America. This show will run from August 29-September 15 at 47 Fifth Ave. New York, NY.
SCNY Summer 2019 Show
“Jive Party at the Back Room” will be on Display at the Salmagundi Club as part of the Summer Members Exhibition from August 5-23. The Salmagundi Club is located at 47 Fifth Ave. New York, NY. There will be a closing reception that is open to the public on August 23rd at 7pm with refreshments.
89th Annual Juried Open Show at NAL
The paintings “A Moment With Scout” and “Jive Party At The Back Room” will be featured in the 89th Annual Juried Open Show at the National Art League from May 6th to June 1st. This is the group’s biggest show of the year featuring a wide range of artists from across the country. Follow this link for more information.
Figuratively Speaking – 2019
I will be participating in the Salmagundi Club’s first of its kind figurative only show; Figuratively Speaking. This will be an exhibition of figurative work and the human form in all of its Permutations: Portraiture, Clothed, Nude; focusing on the human form and/or face.
The show will run from February 17th through March 7th, 2019. The Salmagundi Club is located at 47 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY.
Big & Small Works group show
I will be participating in the 2019 National Art League Big & Small Works show, which runs from February 4th to March 2nd. There will be a reception on February 24 that is open to the public. The National Art League is at 44-21 Douglaston Parkway in Queens, NY. Click here for more information
